Mediation ist ein freiwilliges und vertrauliches Verfahren zur Konfliktl\u00f6sung, bei dem eine neutrale dritte Person, der Mediator oder die Mediatorin, die Konfliktparteien dabei unterst\u00fctzt, eine einvernehmliche L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr ihren Streit zu finden. Der Mediator leitet und strukturiert die Gespr\u00e4che, ohne eigene L\u00f6sungsvorschl\u00e4ge zu machen oder Entscheidungen zu treffen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alle Beteiligten nehmen aus freien St\u00fccken an der Mediation teil und k\u00f6nnen den Prozess jederzeit abbrechen.<\/li>\n<li>Alles, was w\u00e4hrend der Mediation besprochen wird, bleibt vertraulich und darf nicht an Dritte weitergegeben werden.<\/li>\n<li>Der Mediator ist neutral und unparteiisch. Das richtige Ziel im Auge zu haben und zu verfolgen ist f\u00fcr mich eine wichtige Voraussetzung f\u00fcr ein gl\u00fcckliches und erf\u00fclltes Leben. Die Definition von \u201eZiel\u201c in Wikipedia beschreibt einen angestrebten Zustand in der Zukunft, der gegen\u00fcber dem heutigen besser ist. Dieses Bild fand ich passend f\u00fcr meine eigene Firma, so w\u00e4hlte ich den Namen ALVO GmbH.
